When I looked and saw that Willingham had done the same number of comics pages that I had, and that his prose output was a paltry 331 words, I couldn't help but be a complete bastard and best him by a single word.
I feel evil, but the GOOD kind of evil.
Today was issue 14 of House of Mystery. Things are REALLY taking off at this point, and everything that's been set up for the first year of the book is finally starting to pay off in spades. The prose, on the other hand, is yet another character study, this time for the research thaumaturge Madalaine Thuron, of Nycuel University in the city Emerald. She has no idea what she's getting herself into.
